RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Here at Friel atv sales we strive to provide high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged.However occasionally, goods may need to be returned.
To organise a return please contact us by email: sales@frielatvsales.com or phone: 0749163214 for a return.
Returned goods for credit must be in a new condition and in the original undamaged packaging.

Incorrectly supplied parts / Damaged parts / Defective goods
We make every effort to ship you the correct parts that are undamaged and not defective. However occasionally mistakes do occur so:
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK ORDER IMMEDIATELY AND ADVISE ANY DISCREPANCIES WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
NO RETURN OF GOODS  ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE.
If you receive goods which do not match those that you ordered, you should contact us within 7 days to arrange collection and return. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned goods.
Incorrectly ordered parts
A 25% restocking fee will be applied for any incorrectly ordered parts, so please ensure all part numbers are correct before placing your order.
WE WILL NOT COVER RETURN COST FOR INCORRECTLY ORDERED PARTS –  – (Our Staff  are instructed NOT TO ACCEPT any returns)
If freight was not charged due to going over “carriage paid entitlement” on the original invoice and returning of goods reduces invoice total to below the carriage paid threshold amount, the freight total from original order will be charged or taken off the value of the crediting parts.
Please insure your returns for your protection.
Warranty Returns
Any goods supplied to the company will be entitled to the benefit of any warranty given be the manufacturers of any such items. This will not affect the Customer`s or, as the case may be, any sub-purchases statutory rights.
ELECTRICAL GOODS I.E. CDI`S AND REGULATORS/RECTIFIERS ARE NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY.
WE WILL NOT COVER RETURN COST FOR WARRANTY RETURNS – (Our Staff are instructed NOT TO ACCEPT any returns)
Defective Goods
If it is proved to the Company satisfaction that any goods supplied , are defective, the Company may be prepared to rectify or replace defective goods. In the event that such rectification or replacement is not practicable the Company may give credit to an amount not exceeding the invoice price. In no circumstances whatsoever will the Company be liable for any further or consequential loss.

Non Returnable Goods
ANY ITEM WHICH HAS BEEN FITTED OR PLUGGED IN AND THEN FOUND NOT TO BE REQUIRED, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BACK FOR REFUND.
Please note that when fitting electrical parts these can be damaged by the same faulty electrical system that caused the initial failure and in such circumstances these parts cannot be returned for a refund.
